Terms and Conditions for Client / Merchant Partnership:

1. FindSolarCompany.com will provide pre-qualified customer referrals to Merchant Partner that meet the criteria selected by Merchant Partner during initial registration process with the assigned FindSolarCompany.com representative (project type, customer location, etc). The matching of Merchant Partners to customer referrals is at the sole discretion of FindSolarCompany.com. Merchant Partner can change its selection criteria at any time, and select its limit on the total number of monthly referrals.FindSolarCompany.com will pre-qualify all customer prospects via phone calls, email, and/or other validation methods to verify customer prospect interest in contracting Merchant Partner for a solar installation project. FindSolarCompany.com will transfer all customer referrals – including project details and contact information, to Merchant Company after pre-qualifying customer prospects.FindSolarCompany.com will provide access to updated reporting on client referrals and referral history for reference and accounting purposes.FindSolarCompany.com will connect customer referrals no more than ninety (90) days from initial receipt to a maximum of three (3) Merchant Partners per project inquiry less than one (1) year old.

Terms of Service – Merchant Partners

1. Merchant Partner agrees to provide service to pre-qualified customer prospects as determined by FindSolarCompany.com to match its specific project needs.Merchant Partner will respond to each customer prospect introduction within one (1) business day, and make every reasonable attempt to make a bid on projects within three (3) business days after evaluating the referral project.Merchant Partner attests that it has all applicable Licenses, Insurance (Liability and Workers Compensation), Certifications and Accreditation, required to perform the work intended for FindSolarCompany.com customer referrals and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FindSolarCompany.com for any claim, loss, judgment, or expense resulting from work performed for FindSolarCompany.com customer referrals.Merchant Partner agrees not to distribute or share any information whatsoever from FindSolarCompany.com customer referrals with any third party, or use customer referral information for any purpose outside the normal course of providing the intended service to those clients.

Payment Terms

1. Lead Subscription Service – There is a minimum deposit requirement of $250 for the FindSolarCompany.com lead subscription service.  The deposit is fully refundable upon indication of Merchant Partner decision to opt out of the FindSolarCompany.com lead subscription service within five (5) business days of lead subscription registration or after receiving the sales leads.  Cancelation of lead subscription service must be made via email or by telephone.  Any lead submitted to Merchant Partner not meeting Merchant Partners lead specifications will be refunded a credit for future leads.  Refunds will be issued after a FindSolarCompany.com representative verifies lead is not used by receiving Merchant Partner. Refund process may take up to five (5) business days to credit Merchant Partners Account.   

2. Volume - Customer Referrals matching Merchant Partner service and location criteria will be provided to Merchant Partner on an ongoing basis as each are qualified and confirmed by FindSolarCompany.com. Merchant Partner may adjust its profile criteria by contacting a FindSolarCompany.com representative via phone or email.Cost - Customer Referrals matching Merchant Partner’s service and location criteria will have a Referral fee based on the nature of the Customer Referral Project according to the schedule below:

0 – 2kW PV Systems - $95.00 each
2.1 – 5kW PV Systems - $85.00 each
5.1 – 10kw PV Systems - $75.00 each
10.1 – 25kW PV Systems - $65.00 each
25.1+ kW PV Systems - $60.00 each

Other sales lead types
Solar Attic Fan - $50 each
Solar Hot Water Systems - $200 each
Solar Pool Heater Systems - $200 each

The Referral Fee will be deducted from the balance of a Merchant Partner deposit account held by FindSolarCompany.com at the time of Referral Transfer. Merchant Partner may choose to either deposit a pre-selected budget into its account or electronically charged automatically as Customer Referrals are transferred. A minimum balance of $150 is required to maintain an active account.

Termination
This Agreement is terminable at any time by P&M Marketing Networks (dba FindSolarCompany.com), for any reason upon notice. Terms of this Agreement are available anytime online at www.findsolarcompany.com/terms-and-conditions-for-clients.php. FindSolarCompany.com may change this Agreement at any time upon notice published on the FindSolarCompany.com web site, email notification, or phone.
